This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the PrintSasa mobile application, desktop application, and website (collectively, the "Service").

The Gahitwen LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. As a provider of diverse software solutions — including logistics platforms, AI tools, and operational management systems — we are committed to being transparent about the data we collect to provide and improve our services.

1. Information we collect

1.1 We collect no personal data

PrintSasa is designed to be anonymous. We do not require or collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Your physical address or location (beyond what you voluntarily choose to share when searching for nearby shops)
  • Payment information (all payments happen at the print shop, not through our Service)
  • Demographic information such as age, gender, or interests

1.2 Anonymous identifiers

To provide the Service, we generate an anonymous user ID. This ID is a random string that is not linked to your identity, device, or any personally identifiable information. It is used solely to associate your print jobs with your app instance so you can track their status. These identifiers are ephemeral and not persistent across app reinstalls.

1.3 Files you upload

Files you send for printing are temporarily stored on our cloud infrastructure (Firebase Cloud Storage) and transmitted to your chosen print shop. These files are:

  • Accessible only by you and the print shop you select
  • Automatically deleted from cloud storage after 7 days
  • Securely overwritten with cryptographic random bytes before deletion from shop devices

1.4 App usage data

We do not use analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics services. We do not log your activity within the app. We do not collect device information, IP addresses, or interaction data.

2. How we use information

Since we collect no personal data, there is nothing to use for marketing, profiling, or advertising. The anonymous identifier and temporary file storage exist solely to facilitate the core printing functionality — enabling you to send files to a shop and track their status.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any user data with third parties. The only data transfer that occurs is between you and the print shop you select — your file is transmitted to that shop so they can print it. No other party receives your file.

Some processing may use secure external servers (such as Firebase by Google LLC). We never share personal data. Third-party service providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

4. Data retention and deletion

  • Unapproved print jobs: Automatically expire and are deleted after 24 hours.
  • Printed files: Files are securely overwritten and deleted from shop devices 15 minutes after printing completes.
  • Cloud storage: All uploaded files are automatically purged from Firebase Cloud Storage after 7 days.
  • Anonymous IDs: Ephemeral — not persistent across app reinstalls.

5. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

  • Access and Portability: The right to request copies of your personal data.
  • Correction: The right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate.
  • Deletion: The right to request that we erase your personal data.
  • Object or Restrict Processing: The right to object to or restrict processing of your data.

However, since PrintSasa collects no personal data, there is typically nothing to access, correct, or delete. 6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the information you provide, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Specific measures include:

  • All file transfers are encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS)
  • Files at rest in cloud storage are encrypted
  • Shop devices use secure deletion (cryptographic overwrite) before removing files
  • Firestore security rules ensure users can only access their own jobs

7. Children's privacy

PrintSasa is not directed to children under 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Since we collect no personal data from any user, we do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. If we ever change our data collection practices to collect personal data, we will provide prominent notice and obtain consent where required by law.
