These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and The Gahitwen LLC ("we", "our", or "us"), a company registered at 131 Continental Dr Ste 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA. These Terms govern your access to and use of the PrintSasa mobile application, desktop application, and website (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

PrintSasa is a platform that connects users ("Customers") with print shops ("Shops") to facilitate document and photo printing. The Service allows Customers to upload files from their mobile devices, select a nearby Shop, and send print jobs for fulfillment.

PrintSasa does not provide printing services directly. We are a technology platform that enables transactions between Customers and independent third-party Shops. PrintSasa is not a party to any agreement between a Customer and a Shop.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement, are not a minor in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

For Shops: you must be a legally registered business in your jurisdiction and have the authority to bind your business to these Terms.

3. User accounts

PrintSasa uses anonymous authentication for Customers. Customers do not create traditional accounts with usernames or passwords. An anonymous identifier is generated automatically when you install the app.

Shops create authenticated accounts with their business credentials. Shops are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity under their account. Shop registration information must be true, accurate, current, and complete.

4. User representations

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • All information you submit (if any) will be true, accurate, current, and complete
  • You will maintain the accuracy of such information
  • You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms
  • You will not access the Service through automated or non-human means (bots, scripts, etc.)
  • You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Your use of the Service will not violate any applicable law or regulation

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload, transmit, or print any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
  • Upload, transmit, or print any content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload files containing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or its networks
  • Attempt to bypass any security or access controls of the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to deny access to the Service to any person for any reason, including for breach of these Terms or any applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

6.1 Our IP

The PrintSasa name, logo, applications, website, and all related source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, text, photographs, graphics, trademarks, and service marks are the proprietary property of The Gahitwen LLC, protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

6.2 Your content

You retain all rights to the files you upload to the Service. By uploading a file, you grant us and the Shop you select a limited, temporary license to store, transmit, and reproduce the file solely for the purpose of completing your print job. This license ends when your file is deleted per our data retention policy.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you upload, and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

7. Payments and pricing

PrintSasa does not process payments. All transactions between Customers and Shops — including pricing, payment, and receipt — occur directly between those parties at the Shop's physical location. PrintSasa disclaims all liability related to pricing disputes, payment processing, or transaction errors between Customers and Shops.

Shops set their own prices and are solely responsible for the accuracy of pricing displayed on the Service. We make every effort to display descriptions and pricing accurately, but cannot guarantee all information is error-free.

8. Modifications and interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Service at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Service without notice at any time. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Print jobs will be completed to your satisfaction by third-party Shops
  • Files will always be available or retrievable (see our deletion policy)

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Gahitwen LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or cost of substitute services — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 10.00 (ten United States Dollars).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Gahitwen LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your use of the Service
  • Content you upload, transmit, or cause to be printed
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Firebase (by Google LLC) for cloud storage and data synchronization. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

13. Termination

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us, other users, or third parties.

Shops may terminate their account by contacting us. Upon termination, all Shop data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

14. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.
